At Yabirosa, we want you to feel confident in your purchase of The Everyday Bag. If for any reason your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make the return process as simple as possible.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your bag must be:
- In the same condition you received it unused, unworn, with tags.
- Returned in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Please note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team at info@yabirosa.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your bag is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, email us immediately at info@yabirosa.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the bag you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@yabirosa.com .
European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The item must be returned unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
